We had an awesome Mother's Day Weekend. We loaded up Friday afternoon and headed to Salado. We stayed at the George Washington Baines Main House, it was Lyndon Baines Johnson's great grandfather's house. We got to eat dessert for breakfast, what could be better?? The grounds were fun to walk around and the screened in porch was so relaxing.
We went shopping most of the day, enjoyed walking around. Such a beautiful town. We had dinner at the Stagecoach Inn, it was wonderful!!
Lots of fun, shopping, food and laughs. Thanks for an amazing and relaxing time away. We all had a waffle (wonderful and awesome together, Karen's word) time.
