Our trip to Georgia was bitter sweet. We celebrated Zach's graduation and Ashlyn's birthday but Bill's dad was not doing well. It would be the last time we saw him.
Pam, Bill's sister, made everything special. She got the cousins special glasses, she made Ashlyn a birthday cake, she had a pinata for the kids.
It was a nice break from the 100 degress days in Texas. The kids had fun swimming and getting a break from the heat and drought. We played a bean bag toss game, it was fun. Bill and I won. We were excited because everyone else was talking trash about winning. After we won, then they teased us for cheating.
